Azelaic acid (nonanedioic acid) is a dicarboxylic acid, available in different purity grades depending on the final application.

The innovative production process enables the obtainment of 100% bio-based azelaic acid with extremely high purity and low content of monocarboxylic acids, key characteristics for its use as an intermediate in polymerization processes, typically as an alternative to sebacic and adipic acids.
