Novamont welcomes the Canadian delegation
On September 26th, the R&D Laboratories of Novamont’s Research Center in Novara, opened their doors to a Canadian delegation composed of Alexandra Bugailiskis - Ambassador of Canada in Italy, Edith St. Hilaire - Minister for Commercial Affairs, Patrizia Giuliotti - Commercial Delegate, green technologies, energy, infrastructure, and forest products, Sandy Marshall - President and CEO, Biotechnology Innnovation Canada and Marc-Antoine Dumas - Minister Counselor for Political Affairs.
Following the presentation by Sandy Marshall on the development of the biotechnology industry and the evolution of Canadian policy trends in the sector, delegates were guided in our laboratories, where they could see the different areas of Novamont research, including: the biotechnology area, the organic chemical area, the bioplastic area and the scouting technologies area.
During the day, the delegates were welcomed and accompanied by Luigi Capuzzi - Novamont Research Director, and Alessandro Ferlito - Sales Manager, Andrea Di Stefano - Special Projects Manager - Christophe Doukhi de Boissoudy, Director of Novamont France and Andrea Versari, Head of Institutional Relations.
