On March 28, the seminar "Building a bridge between Italy and France in the circular economy" was held at the Italian Embassy in Paris.
The event is part of the initiatives on the theme of bioeconomy and circular economy organized by the Embassy and represented an opportunity to strengthen bilateral collaboration in these sectors. On this occasion, a memorandum of understanding was also signed between the Italian Cluster of Circular Bioeconomy SPRING and the equivalent French association Bioeconomy for Change (B4C).

Gregori then underlined the important role of bioplastics, highlighting how they can be a catalyst for redesigning the system in circular way, mentioning in particular the case study of biobased and compostable plastics in the closed circuits such as catering services and major events like fairs and exhibitions.
