Novamont at the 15th European Bioplastics Conference

The 15th edition of the European Bioplastics Conference, the leading international business forum for the bioplastics industry in Europe, is hosted online from November 30 to December 3.
 
The event, organized by European Bioplastics, the association representing the bioplastics industry at European level along the entire value chain, was held this year in digital format and included several participative panel discussions and a fully interactive exhibition to foster debate on the latest industry trends and new business opportunities.
 
Novamont participated with a virtual stand, a space for sharing and discussion where visitors and other participants were able to discover and explore the Group’s bioeconomy model and products.
 
Moreover, on December 2, Francesco Razza, Sustainability Manager of Novamont, participated as panelist at the "Sustainability and LCA" session.
In his speech, he recalled Novamont's commitment to operate in a responsible, sustainable and transparent way towards people, communities, territories, environment and other stakeholders, and stressed the important achievement of B Corporation Certification and the change in the Company Statute, which enabled the Group to become a Benefit Company. In particular, he highlighted the principles of Life Cycle Thinking and the related tools used by Novamont in order to monitor the impacts of its activities.
