Funguschain project final conference
On April 14, the Funguschain project final conference “Biorefining and Cascading Approach for Mushroom Cultivation Residues” was held online.
During the event, participants had the opportunity to learn how mushroom residues can be used in the circular economy and their application in industrial processes.
Patrizio Salice, PhD R&D -- New Materials and Technologies Novamont, was among the guests of the Round Table “Market opportunities for Funguschain products” to illustrate the contribute of Novamont in the Funguschain project, funded by Bio Based Industries Joint Undertaking under the European Horizon 2020 programme.
